Unable to connect? 

Connecting to Immerse's networking service requires that you have the proper ports open for the purpose of connecting teachers and students together within Immerse. In most cases you don't have to worry about port numbers but if you are unable to connect make sure that TCP port 843 and UDP port 5055, 5056, 5058 are open.
